Tulip Festival

Here are just a few of the pics that I got today from the Tulip Festival. It goes on during all of April and there are just fields and fields of all different colors and daffodils. It was deffinelty great to finally get there. I have been talking about going now for 4 yrs and im kicking myself in the butt I didnt go sooner. But I am so glad I did...I hope you enjoy the pics....

I know it was on the 5th but I wanted to still give a shout out to my mamma. You are such an inspiration of hope and love. I am so proud to be your daughter. thank you for all the fun times and being a great mother and a great grandmother to my kids. We all love you so........

Easter

We had a great Easter and beautiful weather to hunt for eggs. I have more pics to come but this will do for now. Sorry I've been slacking on the blogging lately but alot has been going on that I will post about later... Hope everyone had a happy easter.

I really need to keep up on this more. I just get so busy with everyday life that this gets put on the back burner.... but this is just a quick post to say things are great here and we are all getting ready for turkey dinner. We are so thankful that Tilden is home with us this year for the holidays, and for all our family....We love you all and miss you!!!!!

Such a handsome little guy. Maddux is growth hormones are going well and working. His birthday was sunday Nov. 22. He is now 5 and I can't believe it!!! He is such an amazing and smart little boy. We had a little bday bash here at our house and it was so fun to see how excited he was. My mom always made our bdays really special, we always got to pick out what we wanted for dinner and cake? I love that tradition so we started that this year with maddux. He is finally old enough to make those decisions and its amazing. We had pancakes and eggs and a special motorcycle cake that daddy made. He makes me smile everyday.... Love you boo boo

Tilden's prize.....

Tilden went to work today and showed the pictures to his buddies and realized I didn't put up a picture of the side shot of the deer to show how many points it is. so here it is babe. Im so proud of you!!!!! I have no worries that you can take care of us in need. I love you babe.

We finally went home this time all together. Tilden hasn't been home in about 2 years so this trip was special. The big part of the trip was Tilden hunting. He has not gone since he joined the Navy. So he got all geared up for a day of hunting with his family and friends. It turned out great because he shot one!! Good Job babe.. It was a nice looking deer, and we have meat to take home.

We had a great time just hanging out with family and friends. I wish we would have had more time, 1 week is not enough. But we will take what we can get. We spent our days running back and forth visiting family. Tildens family had a get together and it was great for Tilden to get a chance to catch up and for us to just see the family. We spent a day with my brother at his and Jareds house and it was fun and relaxing. The kids loved it because they got to play with their fun dogs Yoda and Yuki. Little Yuki is a pup and loved playing around. she is so adorable. Jake had a pumpkin for Maddux and him to carve and Maddy loved it. He loves spending time with his Uncle Jake. Thanks again guys for having us.





My sister came from Utah with her adorable kiddos and it was such a great few days with her. Thanks Cy for making the trip for us. We love seeing you every chance we get. I got a kick outta watching her little girl Morgan and Bella play. Morgan loved taking off with her blankie and bella just chased her down til she got it. Morgan also started saying mine to bella. it was pretty hilarious. I am glad we got that chance to go out to eat and go do a bit of shopping, I sure miss hanging out with you cy....Love you guys...





We had a great time fishing on the boat with nana and papa, and feeding the horses out at grandma and grandpa carters, and going skating with my friends desirae and chase wren, and chance and tiff, and playing with my all the dogs, yoda and yuki, and clancy and taylor. we just want to say thanks to everyone who made our trip special. we love you all and cant wait to come back again. we miss you all...
